Train to Full Kit Upgrade Pack

The Festive Frames Train to Full kit upgrade pack extends an existing Train Kit to the equivalent of the full kit. This upgrade doesn't make any particular design on its own however when added to an Train kit it means the user can make the additional designs such as Racing Car, Vintage Car etc that can be made when using a full kit. Design Instructions are  by download so are not included with this parts pack.
