Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase - Simple as that.  We understand that on very rare occasions things can go wrong, parcels get delayed in transit or customers change their minds.  It is part of life and something we need to accept and make the process as easy as possible.

Rather than making complicated returns processes we simply ask this. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. Our email address is festiveframes@btinternet.com. There will be no quibble or questions providing the item is unused and in the original packaging exactly as supplied new, it is simply to inform us so we are ready to receive the item back using whatever courier you wish.

We then ask you to return the item.  If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival we will pay for the return postage cost. 

The item will be refunded on arrival via your original payment means.
