“Contract” refers to the agreement between you and Festive Frames for the purchase of goods.
“Website” refers to festiveframes.co.uk.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.
2.2 We may update these terms at any time. The version displayed at the time of your order will apply.
2.3 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure payment providers.
3.5 We do not store or process your payment card details.

4. Product Information

4.1 We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately.
4.2 All measurements are approximate.
4.3 Some components are suitable for ages 16+ only.
4.4 Lights and other accessories may not be included unless stated.
4.5 It is your responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for your intended use.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
5.3 Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.
5.4 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2 To cancel, you must notify us by email at info@festiveframes.co.uk.
6.3 Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
6.4 You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
6.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.6 Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Warranty

7.1 We warrant that goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
7.2 This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Damage caused by weather exposure
• Modifications or alterations made by the customer

7.3 Some products require level ground or specific installation conditions. You are responsible for ensuring safe setup.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by improper use of the product
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, business, or data

8.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Severance

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
