Heart Borders

The Heart Border works in the same way as the Mini Arch. Designed for lawns or soil borders where the uprights can be pushed into the ground. Height is approximately 85cm.
Repeat the design as many times as you wish and then simply dress the heart shape only with lights.

If using normal string lights they can be wrapped around the poles. The images show line out ribbon lights which are better clipped to the poles. (see ligting tips) Ribbon lights give a sharper line.
This border format with the 70cm poles used as uprights opens up opportunities for you to explore. You can have the flexible poles to link in an upward direction (as used in mini arches). You could also arc the flexi in a downard direction to create drapes or even alternate them to create wave pattern. Try circles and other shapes, Time to get creative!
